Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the following postcodes: SW15, SW18, SW19, SW20.

Do I need to meet a minimum order amount?

Our minimum order amount for online delivery or collection is £40.00.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are delivered between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Please specify your preferred delivery or collection date during checkout. To qualify for next-day delivery, please place your order by 9:00 PM the day before.

Is collection available?

Yes collection is available from our Wimbledon store (21 Leopold Road, Wimbledon, SW19 7BB).

Will my order stay fresh upon arrival?

We will ensures that your order remains fresh upon arrival by using our insulated packaging to maintain optimal temperature during transit.

Can I order specific items for special occasions or events?

Absolutely! We’re happy to help make your special occasions even more memorable. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, corporate event, or any other celebration, you can place custom or specific item requests. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We understand that plans can change! Please contact us as soon as possible at westcoastfishorders@gmail.com so we can assist you before the order is processed or shipped.
