Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the following postcodes: SW15, SW18, SW19, SW20.
What is the order cut-off time to qualify for next operational day delivery?
To qualify for next operational day delivery, please place your order by 9:00 PM the night before. Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be processed on the following operational day.
Do I need to meet a minimum order amount?
Our minimum order amount for online delivery or collection is £25.00.
When will my order arrive?
Please use the time box during checkout to select your preferred collection or delivery time.
Note: Selected times may vary slightly based on delivery routes and order volume. No deliveries will be made after 5 PM.
Is collection available?
Yes collection is available from our Wimbledon store (21 Leopold Road, Wimbledon, SW19 7BB).
Will my order stay fresh upon arrival?
We will ensures that your order remains fresh upon arrival by using our insulated packaging to maintain optimal temperature during transit.
Can I order specific items for special occasions or events?
Absolutely! We’re happy to help make your special occasions even more memorable. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, corporate event, or any other celebration, you can place custom or specific item requests. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We understand that plans can change! Please contact us as soon as possible at westcoastfishorders@gmail.com so we can assist you before the order is processed or shipped.
Please note once the order is out for delivery/ ready for collection changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
